Accessibility Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Our commitment

ZBRA aims to make the Lean Entry Readiness Diagnostic usable by people with diverse access needs, devices, and assistive technologies. The site is designed with semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus states, responsive layouts, and readable contrast in mind.

Accessibility target

The site is intended to align with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical. Accessibility is reviewed on an ongoing basis, and we welcome reports of any barriers you encounter.

Current accessibility features

  • Skip-to-content navigation is available on every page.
  • Core navigation, forms, buttons, and diagnostic controls are keyboard operable.
  • Form fields use visible labels and validation messages.
  • Pages use heading structure and descriptive page titles.
  • Color is paired with text labels in scoring and risk states where possible.

Known limits

The external Cal.com booking experience is provided by Cal.com and may have accessibility behavior outside this site's direct control. Contact and lead-capture forms are processed by a third-party form service, whose confirmation steps may also fall outside our direct control.

Feedback

If you experience an accessibility barrier, contact ZBRA through the booking or contact flow and include the page, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and a short description of the issue.
